  • Devon Community Directory - this is a searchable database of organisations to find community, health and social care services in Devon and Torbay.

Carers

  • Devon Virtual Carers Centre - previously Devon Carers Link, Devon Learning Disability Carers and Devon Young Carers services - all of these are now part of the Devon Virtual Carers Centre. The integration of these and other services will mean that we are able to provide more and better services to Carers in Devon.
  • Care Direct - a service aiming to make life easier for older people by making information and help available when they need it.

  • Carers in Devon - this site contains a range of Social and Health Care information for carers reflecting local partnership working.
