Expenditure over £25,000

NHS Devon will pro-actively publish all transactions greater than £25k in value in line with HM Treasury guidance.

This will be in the form of one calendar month’s transactions, published by working day 15 after each month end on NHS Devon’s public website.

Certain transactions will be excluded from this set of transactions, for the following reasons:

a) The transaction itself is considered to be commercially sensitive by NHS Devon, and would not be released under Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

b) The supplier/ recipient of the transaction is a private individual whose name would not be released under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

c) Salary payments to staff in accordance with HM Treasury Guidance

d) Personal Information covered by the Data Protection Act
