These services provide child and adolescent mental health services for :

• children referred because they have been abused
• children in care. 

The services are jointly funded by Devon County Council and the NHS.  

Staff include community psychiatric nursing, psychology, psychological therapy, and psychiatry.  Advice and support is provided to carers and to social care staff.
