How can I give feedback on service/ treatment/ care received?
Torbay Care Trust is committed to Listening, Responding and Improving. Our health and social care staff work very hard to get the job right first time but, with busy services, mistakes can sometimes happen.
If you are unhappy with the treatment or service you have received from any service run by the Care Trust, you are entitled to make a complaint, knowing that it will not affect your current or future care and that you will be treated confidentially and sensitively and you will receive a response from us. Your feedback is welcomed and is used to help us improve our services.
Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is designed to help you find your way through the services we provide and can help resolve local problems informally before they become a complaint. They can advise you how to make a complaint and what support is available to help you through the process.
