The 1st December 2011 saw the establishment of the PCT cluster of NHS Devon, NHS Plymouth and Torbay Care Trust.

A cluster, (or joint), Board has been established, which has taken on the statutory functions of each of the three PCTs across Devon.

Therefore, these NHS Devon Board papers are now published as an archive only.
